Dropped in for a couple of veggie breakfasts. The place has great character and atmosphere, and seemed to have plenty of regulars (always a good sign). Food was excellent and freshly prepared, very decent portions. Friendly attentive service.

A great cafe in a great location. Working well with the Covid-19 restrictions. Good choices on the menu, delicious bacon by the way, and all served up by lovely staff. Very popular with the motorcycling fraternity, plenty of hard standing parking.

We didn’t eat, only had hot drinks. Busy old cafe with lovely views across the loch and an old derelict Castle in the middle. Boat hire but was closed for some reason. Limited parking and you do have to pay.

Good place to have something to eat and drink and chill out just next to the beautiful bala lake. We ordered some chips and the portion was really generous, very tasty as well. Good service, people were lovely. Not sure if they have a toilet for customers as we didn't need one but i know there's toilet available really close to them so not a big issue.

I'm a regular visitor to this cafe when out on my motorbike. Food is always great and freshly cooked. Staff are Polite and Friendly. Lovely spot to sit and eat, drink and admire the views. Plenty of nearby parking too. Recommended.

I love this place. Been visiting for over 50 years. Nice staff, good food, great ice cream and cakes, and lovely location.

A great place to be when the sun is shining and you're sitting out watching the sun shimmer on the water.... Quite busy when the sun is out so expect a bit of a wait to be served, but i must say, i had a fabulous homemade lasagna.

I enjoyed a lovely cooked breakfast here this morning. It was well cooked using fresh ingredients. Nice Flat white coffee too. Lots of people moaning over prices when leaving a review. You get what you pay for, if you don't want to pay, take sandwiches, save money, stop moaning, people are trying to make a living. Staff were friendly and Polite. No toilet on site though, you have to use public ones a short walk away, but they are spotless. Only thing I wasn't keen on was Julio Inglesa piped music But it didn't spoil my breakfast. Thanks.
